HASL, полное имя - это выравнивание припая горячего воздуха, это одна из традиционной поверхности на печатных платах с длительной успешной историей.

Чтобы сделать отделку HASL, печатные платы будут погружены в расплавленную пайку (олово / свинец). Этот припой будет охватывать все открытые медные поверхности. При отвлечении от припоя горячий воздух высокого давления влюбится на поверхность через воздушные ножи, это повышает осадок припоя и удаляет избыток припой с поверхности печатных плат.

Отделание поверхности HASL (TIN / LEAD) не соответствует RoHS, поэтому его можно доступен только в том случае, если разрешено освобождение RoHS. Типичная толщина HASL составляет 1-40um, а срок годности может достигать 12 месяцев.
